It was not the technician’s fault that the wrench fell but still it can be considered as recklessness. He should have checked his belt bag for any holes before putting it on. The wrench slipped through the hole and it hit my friend on the head. She was bleeding and I had to bring her to the hospital right away. I had to bring the technician with us to the hospital because I was panicking for my friend. As she was being treated, I talked to the technician and told him that my friend’s father is a mesa personal injury lawyer and he might file a lawsuit against him and the company for recklessness, since it caused my friend a fractured skull.
